Printing Tips
• A common error is the “non-genuine” message. If this occurs with the MTI remanufactured HP C8543X 43X cartridge, press OK or Continue repeatedly to dismiss the message. The printer will resume your print job.
• If you order more than one cartridge, test them all upon receipt. Despite the extreme care we take in packaging, sometimes items are damaged during shipping and this can affect print quality. In this case, we immediately send an MTI remanufactured HP 43X MICR toner cartridge.

Returns
Returns for any malfunctioning item are free and are covered under our Lifetime Warranty. For reasons other than damage, printing issues, or incorrect item sent, the buyer pays for return shipping. We may charge a restocking fee depending on the item.
